Job Description

Success Nepal Travel and Tour is seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Officer to manage flight bookings, issue tickets, and assist customers with travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel industry and proficiency in ticketing software.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international flight bookings and ticket issuance.
Process cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds as per airline policies.
Provide customers with information on fares, routes, and travel regulations.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and invoices.
Collaborate with airlines and travel partners for seamless service delivery.
Assist clients with visa processing and travel insurance if required.
