Hopnepal.com seeks a highly motivated and organized Ticketing Officer to join our team. This mid-level position is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of ticketing for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all ticketing processes, including issuing, booking, and cancelling tickets.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all ticketing information, including pricing, availability, and customer data.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure our customers' best rates and deals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in ticketing policies to ensure compliance and provide the best service to our customers.
Process refunds and exchanges as needed.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Assist with the development and implementation of new ticketing procedures and systems.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all ticketing transactions.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a ticketing or travel-related role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient in computer systems and ticketing software.
Knowledge of airline and hotel booking procedures and policies.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Certification in ticketing or IATA accreditation is a must.
