Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Officer to manage and process travel bookings, handle ticketing inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing and travel services, with a strong background in travel and tourism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage travel bookings and   ticketing for domestic and international travel.
  • Proper knowledge of Global Distribution System i.e. Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre.
  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve any issues related to bookings.
  • Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and handle changes, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Experience in GDS, Sabre, Gallelio, Amadeus
