Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Officer to manage and process travel bookings, handle ticketing inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing and travel services, with a strong background in travel and tourism.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage travel bookings and ticketing for domestic and international travel.
Proper knowledge of Global Distribution System i.e. Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre.
Assist clients with travel inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve any issues related to bookings.
Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and handle changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Experience in GDS, Sabre, Gallelio, Amadeus
