MyTrip2Nepal's Ticketing department manages international ticketing and fulfills air-ticket requirements for clients.

 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Officer at MyTrip2Nepal in Kathmandu. The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for ticket sales, communication with clients, customer service, reservations, and sales activities related to international and domestic air travel.

 Qualifications

• Ticket Sales and Sales skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Reservations
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of international and domestic travel ticketing processes
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of MICE tours and travel industry regulations is beneficial
