Job Description

Provide support and service to international & domestic e-ticketing related requests.
Provide accurate travel information to the client.
Establish leverage with the customers and maintain public relations with the trade partner and client.
Issue tickets for the existing clients and upcoming clients.
Answer the inquires about the schedules
Need to issue, re-issue and refund air tickets in Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre.
