Job Description

Handling International flight Ticket queries over calls and emails.
Making reservations and ticketing using GDS systems and other carrier portals
Meeting clients demand as in special request like seat allocation, meal preference, unaccompanied minor, arrangements for a stretcher, wheelchair, travel insurance, etc.
Processing Clients request like full ticket cancellation, partial refund, reissue, etc. as per each and every airline ticketed fare rule
Informing passenger if there is any change in the ticketed flight schedule
Prepare cost-effective travel plans and provide excellent customer service
Other services as instructed by the company's manager
