• Responsible for selling tickets to our passengers by phone, email, and in-person visits.  We prefer candidates who are able to cross-sell tickets, travel packages, and insurance
• Provide a high level of customer care at all times.  Be able to communicate in English, Hindi and Nepali at the business level.  Explain routing, visa rules, transits, etc.
• Handle refund, re-issuance, and cancellation of air tickets.  Escalate difficult cases to seniors and airline staff
• Calculate the best fares and optimal routes, and have persuasion skills
• Other assignments related to airline ticket, such as maintaining cost sheets, developing messages for social media, etc.
• Complete other sales/tracking assignments needed to improve sales and customer experience
