  • Knowledge of ticket office workflow patterns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Fluency in Nepali and English.
  • Excellent command of English writing, listening and speaking
  • Highly proactive in communication with the internal teams, Service provider and Trade partners.

Job Description

  • Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures and policies
  • Demonstrate and provide different option to clients
  • Make a creative idea which has help to get target
  • Arrange for reservation and book the ticket accordingly
  • Plan routes and compute ticket costs
  • Read coded data on tickets to ascertain destination and maintain its database
  • Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer
  • Contact with customers to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm the reservation
  • Provide the customer with assistance in preparing required travel documents and paperwork
  • Prepare customer invoices and accept payment
  • Follow up with the airline's companies for refunding and capping tickets
  • Maintain PR with valuable clients
  • Maintain current working knowledge of all events, services, and procedures of ticketing issues

Working Hours:

Night Shift: 9:00 P:M--6:00 A:M
Evening Shift: 1:00 P:M--9:00 P:M
