Must have Knowledge of CRS (Computerized Reservation System) Abacus / Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo
Shall have Diploma in Travel Tourism / IATA Courses etc. Or over 2 years of Ticketing experience
Handle Independently Domestic & International Air Tickets
Attend queries on the phone, in person, and in Mails
In addition to Air Ticket shall render assistance in Visa, Issue travel Insurance and Basic Knowledge of Tours, if required

Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal Skill
Excellent command of the English language (written/verbal)
Possess good listening and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic & challenging environment
Should be a pleasing personality
Confident, ability to handle customers and deliver best customer service
