Job Description

Arranging Flight accordingly in coordination with admin, legal and PR department
Issuing tickets and make confirm the tickets are correct and submit to the concerned department
Documentation for flight along with making the required agreements with the deploying candidates
Updating the database of deployment
Upkeep maintenance and closure of the operation files
Provide required information to the admin, account, PR and liaison department
Report the reissue, refund/no-show of tickets to account, and admin.
Prepare the reservation form and get approved from the Director and hand over the approved sheet to the accounts
