- Handling International flight Ticket queries over calls and emails.
- Making reservations and ticketing using GDS systems and other carrier portals
- Meeting clients demand as in special request like seat allocation, meal preference, unaccompanied minor, arrangements for a stretcher, wheelchair, travel insurance, etc
- Processing Clients request like full ticket cancellation, partial refund, reissue, etc. as per each and every airline ticketed fare rule
- Informing passengers if there is any change in the ticketed flight schedule
- Prepare cost-effective travel plans and provide excellent customer serviceOther services as instructed by the company's manager
