Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing and Visa Officer to join our team at SV Holidays. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic and international ticketing, visa processing, and travel documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to provide seamless travel assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and reissuance.
Process and manage visa applications for various international destinations.
Guide clients on visa requirements, travel documentation, and application procedures.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, airlines, and travel partners as required.
Ensure all client documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, travel policies, and airline procedures.
Assist clients with travel insurance, itinerary planning, and related travel services.
Respond to client inquiries and provide professional travel support.
Maintain records of bookings, visa applications, and client documentation.
Resolve ticketing and visa-related issues efficiently and professionally.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in domestic and international ticketing and visa processing.
Strong knowledge of international travel documentation and visa requirements.
Experience handling client visa applications for multiple international destinations.
Familiarity with airline reservation systems and travel booking platforms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related software is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: NPR 25,000 – 30,000 per month
