Job Description

Make hotel, travel and transportation arrangements
Arrange for reservation and book the ticket accordingly
Plan routes and compute ticket costs
Read coded data on tickets to ascertain destination and maintain its database
Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by the customer
Follow up with clients with for their requirements and outstanding payments
Accept, process and verify reservations; also check for overbookings and available options
Be jointly responsible for updating reservations and for observing and implementing the pricing policy
