Job Description

As a Ticket Officer, you will play a pivotal role at Fly Lumbini by managing various aspects of ticketing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass IATA BSP billing, NDC integration, and proficiency in Amadeus GDS.

Handle IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records related to ticketing transactions.
Reconcile discrepancies and ensure timely settlements with airline partners.
Utilize the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) to search, book, and manage flights, accommodations, and travel services.
Provide support and assistance to clients regarding Amadeus bookings and inquiries.
Troubleshoot GDS-related issues efficiently.
Implement New Distribution Capability (NDC) technology in GDS to access diverse airline content.
Collaborate with airline partners to optimize NDC capabilities for personalized customer offers.
Stay updated on industry trends and NDC developments.
Assist clients with ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and inquiries.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the ticketing process.
Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions and related documentation.
Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
