Job Description

First feel the customer happy with quality service, good result, warm hospitality, discipline, honesty, good greeting and welcoming.
Check OPD card for payment before therapy
Proper weight and measurements before therapy
Do therapy as protocol
Properly fill up treatment chart in OPD and clients signature
No personal talks with clients & staff
Give information about weight and face treatments to clients
Provide massages to clients by appointment
Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
As a therapist make note of every problem
Do supervision of all rooms
Maintain machine register
