Job Description

The Test Center Administrator is responsible for supervising computer-based test administration at USEF-N’s Prometric Test Center according to Prometric guidelines. S/he is the primary point of contact for test clients and is responsible for maintaining a comfortable and clean testing environment and site security. S/he must be able to deal with any problems that arise at the site in a professional and caring manner, acting as a representative of Prometric/USEF Nepal.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of customer service-related experience, including experience interacting with the public from a position of authority
  • High School or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Pleasant and tactful verbal communication skills in-person and by telephone
  • Knowledge of computers and networking
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based computer applications
  • Ability to adjust focus on computer screens and view testing room during proctoring
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions
  • Ability to handle small tools, stoop, reach, maneuver equipment up to 25 pounds, and pack/unpack equipment for shipping/installation
  • Team-player
