Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) will be responsible for driving sales, dealer engagement, and brand visibility in Provinces 3, 4 and 5. The role demands hands-on market engagement, channel development, and achievement of sales targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for bathware and home solutions in the assigned provinces.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, projects, and retail accounts.
Channel & Dealer Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers.
Ensure regular order bookings, timely collections, and smooth logistics coordination.
Market Development
Identify gaps and opportunities in the assigned areas and execute territory-level business development activities.
Support appointment and onboarding of new dealers.
Brand & Product Promotion
Execute in-shop branding, displays, and promotional events.
Educate retailers and influencers (like plumbers and interior designers) about product USPs.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, market activity, and competitor intelligence.
Coordinate with the HO and distribution partners for stock availability and delivery.
Customer Service
Resolve customer queries and support after-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Diploma holders with strong experience can be considered).
2–5 years of sales experience in bathware, tiles, hardware, paints, building materials, or consumer durable industry.
Strong knowledge of local market dynamics in Provinces 3 and 4.
Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Local language proficiency (Nepali) is essential.
