Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Developing and implementing strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Managing and coaching a team of sales representatives in the assigned territory
Analyzing market data, industry trends, and customer insights to identify sales opportunities
Prospecting for new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing key accounts
Conducting sales calls, product demonstrations, and negotiations with customers
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution
Monitoring competitor activities and market share within the territory
Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and territory performance reports
Ensuring compliance with company sales policies and legal regulations
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences within the territory

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven track record of successful territory/regional sales management
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a consultative selling approach
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
Good efficiency in laptop and phone usage

Experience : 2 yrs in stationary sales
Salary: 25k-35k + TADA + Target incentives
