Job Description

  • Identify and assess potential contract and tender opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit tender proposals and presentations.
  • Preparing documentation regarding tender and e-bidding the tender
  • Preparing report against current month sales and collection planning also review of the previous month and plan of upcoming month.
  • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in line with the company's product offerings and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end tender process, including collecting bid documents, reviewing requirements, and coordinating internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to tailor tender proposals and positioning effectively.
  • Analyze tender requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure accurate and competitive bid submissions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and relevant government entities involved in the tender process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align proposal content accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with tender submission guidelines, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, outcomes, and related documentation.
