Telesales Representative

Himmalagari Travel and Tours is currently seeking a Telesales Representative to join our team. We believe communication is the key, and Himmalagari wants someone who has strong communication skills and can promote our products and services through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact and engage potential customers to promote products and services. Understand the Nepal market landscape and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Apply active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate responses.
