Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services
Call customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

High school (10, +2), Diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
Good interpersonal skills to establish a positive rapport with clients.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to correctly identify issues and determine the most effective solutions
IT literacy, including a working knowledge of relevant software programs, such as website services etc, (Training will be provided on the Job)
Basic knowledge of a company’s products and/or services
Ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with unsatisfied clients
Stamina to handle high volumes of calls and consistently provide excellent service
Ability to speak in English
