• Telephone skills
• Database skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate direct marketing customers.
• Quantify and qualify a sales lead that leads to sales channel.
• Provide customer-oriented service at all times relating to specific sales issues.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Manage multichannel customers.

Competences: 

• Able to speak fluently in English language with good accent.
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office.
• Should be able to draw accurate conclusions 
• Sets clear and realistic goals and objectives.
