Telemarketing Executive

The Telemarketing Executive (Admissions) is responsible for contacting prospective students, promoting the institution's academic programs, generating qualified leads, scheduling counseling sessions, and supporting the admissions process. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills to achieve admission targets during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective students by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to promote academic programs.
• Follow up on admission inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
• Provide accurate information on programs, fees, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits for prospective students.
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned call, lead generation, and admission targets.
• Coordinate with the Admissions team to ensure smooth application processing.
• Prepare basic reports on daily and weekly telemarketing activities.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while representing the institution.
• Perform other admission-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
