Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Telesales and In-Person Marketing Client Handler. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills in telesales, marketing, and client management, with a strong emphasis on social media proficiency and customer query resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telesales and Marketing: Handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct marketing outreach, and manage customer reviews effectively.
  • Client Handling: Occasionally manage clients in-store, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Social Media Management: Proficiently handle social media platforms to engage with customers and address their queries.
  • Customer Query Handling: Address and resolve customer queries professionally, particularly those related to technical and automotive fields.
  • Presentations: Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations regarding KPIs with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Professional voice and demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Prior experience in the technical and automotive fields is highly preferred. Ability to understand vehicle names, models, and categories (e.g., sedan, SUV) and provide accurate price quotes.
  • Skill Proficiency: Must be proficient in PowerPoint and capable of delivering presentations.
  • Attributes: Young, dynamic, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career opportunity.
