Job Description

Reports to: Operations Director/ Director at TWC

We are seeking motivated individuals in Nepal to join our team in supporting student recruitment and placement services for our college in the UK.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a solid understanding of customer service principles.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential students, engaging them through cold calls and inquiries.
  • Use prepared scripts to provide accurate information about college courses, pricing, and any available offers.
  • Conduct outbound recruitment calls to prospective students, guiding them from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Achieve daily targets by completing a high volume of calls, with the aim of over 100 attempted calls each day, and maintaining thorough notes for admissions counselors.
  • Follow up on any inquiries that require additional information to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of the college’s academic programs and extracurricular offerings to effectively counsel students and provide relevant information based on their areas of interest.
  • Utilize the college’s CRM system to ensure a high-quality experience for prospective students and maintain accurate records of all student interactions.

Note: Your compensation will range from NPR 30,000 to NPR 40,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
