  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in sales and marketing management
  • Telephone handling skills and outbound tele sales skills
  • Must possess two-wheeler and driving license
  • Typing skills along with telephone handling skills is required
  • Computer literate and sound knowledge in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to handle target pressure
  • Goal-getter, extrovert, energetic, self-initiative, ambitious
  • Good command on English and Nepali language
  • Willing to learns and capable to work with team spirit with a demanding workload
  • Pro-active, hands-on, interpersonal and communicating skill

Job Description

  • Maintain client relation and enhance client acquisition for the company
  • Ensure target setting for team and individual
  • Maintain sales record and target sheets
  • Maintain client relation and ensure customer experience management
  • Schedule visit or transfer lead to sales and strictly follow daily report
  • Define industry and collect information of the industry
  • Review market gain and review targets
  • Maintain Call log daily for every hour of phone calls
  • Develop a reporting mechanism and practice daily reporting system in written format
  • Report immediate supervisor daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual progress and document entire process
