We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and motivated Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, promoting our services, converting leads into sales, and managing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote company services
Convert leads into sales and follow up to close deals
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Handle existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and regular engagement
Respond professionally to client inquiries and feedback
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2 / Higher Secondary; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in tele-sales and customer service
Strong communication skills in Nepali, Hindi, and English
Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and CRM tools
Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong data management and reporting abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Professional and friendly attitude toward clients
