Skills and Requirements:

Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Perform all on-site activities related to MRI Machine installation, repair, and management, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Provide orientation and guidance on how to operate the installed equipments
Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly
Check and update field automation systems and databases
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Tie workflow to schedule
Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Performing and completing all the document processes of the company
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Keeping logs and records of daily maintenance
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
Perform other works as assigned by the office management
