  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
  • Awareness of electrical safety standards and regulations.


Job Description

  • Install solar PV panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring according to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper connection of PV systems to the electrical grid or off-grid systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in PV systems, including electrical faults, inverter errors, and wiring issues.
  • Test installed systems for performance and compliance with electrical codes and standards.
  • Implement lockout/tag-out procedures during maintenance and repair work.
  • Maintain detailed records of system installations, inspections, repairs, and performance data.
  • Prepare reports on system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers and team members.
  • Calibrate and adjust systems for maximum efficiency.
