Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree 
  •  At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in the Photo Editing 
  • High degree of English proficiency (written and spoken) 
  • Well experienced in using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom 
  • Preferably with experience working in the outsourcing industry

  • Should exhibit good leadership and communication skills. 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to meet deadlines 
  • Proactive approach to his/her work and the team 
  • Strong computer skills 

Job Description

  • Create and administer presentations for trainings
  • Assess trainees and train according to their learning styles
  • Interact with trainees at a dynamic level resulting in high engagement and a fun learning environment  
  • Provide technical training to all employees in basic computer skills, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom and other needs that arise 
  • Coordinate and administer technical skill assessments
  • Coordinate and administer well being assessments
  • Complete evaluations after each training session and any additional data entry specified by the supervisor for reporting purposes
  • Assist the Country Manager in ensuring Veritacore continues to deliver quality and efficient service to its clients
  • Lead the development of new products and service offerings
  • Complete training administered by the HR and training department
