  • Basic knowledge in programming and development using Python
  • Basic knowledge of standard web technologies ( Eg: Restful API, SOAP, Http Requests, etc)
  • A strong understanding of API driven development
  • Strong debugging/problem solving skills and tenacity to resolve technical problems as they arise
  • Proficiency in writing technical documentations
  • Ability to properly communicate with clients to troubleshoot the problem
  • Ability to analyze critical issues and properly communicate with concerned team
  • Familiarity with tools like : Postman, Latex, Git, Excel
  • Good communication skill is a must

Job Description

  • Provide expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues
  • Collaborate closely with development team to design and launch new features
  • Test and troubleshoot the system
  • Provide ongoing documentation, maintenance, support and improvements in existing system and platform
  • Suggest and improve functionality of existing system
  • Coordinate with development team to understand client requirements and provide technical solution
  • Ensure technical issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
