Job Description

  • Help customers in product deployment and troubleshooting technical issues, both verbally and electronically in a positive, professional, efficient manner
  • Document customer issues/resolution/steps taken to troubleshoot and report to the product team
  • Assisting in integrating & implementing a range of technical updates as directed by technical head
  • Capture customer requirements and common causes technical issues
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Follow-up on customer issues in timely manner and monitor them to closure
  • Respond to product related technical inquiries from customers
  • Provide product demos and walk through to customers
  • Software Implementation and user level training
  • Providing face-to-face and remote IT supports (client support)
