Job Description

The Candidate shall be responsible for overall support, deployment and training activities. Should have good communication skills and knowledge of application support, database and computer networks

Responsibilities

  • Plan day-to-day support calendar
  • Assign development and support tasks to the development team
  • Plan the deployment based on the customer calendar
  • Report to management on a daily basis on the task achieved, automation and advancement needed in application to reduce the day-to-day support cost
  • Communicate with customers and have meetings with them to understand their problems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Good Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL Database, and Computer Network Certification would be an advantage
