Job Description

  • Configure and define parameters for the installation and testing of security cameras, VMS, routers, switches, and related network equipment.
  • Maintain and administer computer networks, including hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
  • Plan and manage network and surveillance projects from start to finish.
  • Provide customer support for a range of surveillance and network products.
  • Work with customers daily to resolve issues related to video surveillance and networking systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for projects, including reports, configuration guides, and bid documentation.
