Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Configure and define parameters for the installation and testing of security cameras, VMS, routers, switches, and related network equipment.
Maintain and administer computer networks, including hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
Plan and manage network and surveillance projects from start to finish.
Provide customer support for a range of surveillance and network products.
Work with customers daily to resolve issues related to video surveillance and networking systems.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for projects, including reports, configuration guides, and bid documentation.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Over 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Experience with video surveillance systems is a plus.
Proven experience in configuring and maintaining network equipment.
Strong understanding of network protocols and related technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional support.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA) is a plus.
