Job Description

Troubleshooting technical issues
Act positively and respond promptly to the customer’s requests/tickets
Resolve any data-related issues
Work alongside developers to resolve issues identified in the prod environment.
Perform day-to-day operational work
Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work
Understanding of database, stored procedure, function, etc.
