Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide technical support and resolutions on Hardware and software-related issues of CCTV, Printers, Laptops, and Desktops through phone or email.
Managing open support cases within the organization and finding a solution or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction.
Respond and solve technical problems.
Deliver new product and technical training to channel customers.
Cooperate with the sales department to analyze the needs of customers and provide a complete project plan.
Field visit for providing technical support and troubleshooting the problem related to CCTV and Printer.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:Less than 38 years

Other Specification

Familiar with CCTV, Network, communications and IT-related fields.
1+ Years of Professional Experience in technical support or related areas related to networking and CCTV.
Familiar with Microsoft Office. The knowledge of Serial port sniffers, NCOM caught, is a plus.
Must have a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Note: Experienced candidates with a CCTV background are highly preferred.
