Job Description

Provide technical support and resolutions on Hardware and Software related issue of CCTV,Printers,Laptops and Desktops through phone or email RE
Managing open support cases within the organization and finding a solution or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction.
Respond and solve technical problems.
Deliver new product and technical training to channel customers.
Cooperate with sales department to analyze the needs from customers and provide a complete project plan.
Field visit for providing technical support and troubleshoot the problem related to CCTV and Printer.
