• Take care of all the support related activities
  
• Take care of the assigned tasks using organizations procedures like maintaining support ticket, visit records etc.
  
• Participate on solution building and implementations
  
• Take care of task assigned by immediate supervisor
  
• Need to travel outside valley if required
  
• Keep up to date with technology and provide training to the subordinates
  
• Assign task to immediate subordinate
  
• Help sales team to buildup solution and RFP preparation
  
• Conduct POC and update to sales and supervisor
  
• Prepare installation and/or technical documentation on current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices
  
• Write reports, participate in knowledge sharing workshops by preparing presentation slides, manuals etc.
  

Eligibility

• 4 years of college from reputed University
  
• At least 2-4 years of experience in technical role
  

Other requirements

• Own vehicle with valid license
  
• Willingness to travel
