Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer at ALERT TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD. in Kathmandu. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, sales engineering, and communication with clients to drive sales and support strategic business operations for development projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Electronics /Computer Engineering / BCA/BSIT etc.
Minimum 2 years experience in electronics products and solutions sales and marketing is required.

Job Description

Marketing of Electronics security items like CCTV, Biometrics, Access control, Automation, networking, and overall low voltage and MEP solutions etc.
Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of all sales.
Assisting in the development and implementation of sales targets.
Developing effective sales strategies.
Diverting customer requests and complaints to the relevant departments.
Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers.
Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management.
