Job Description

Grace Recruitment Partners is a recruitment firm specializing in the life sciences industry located in Boston, USA. We specialize in connecting top  talent with companies in the life sciences industry- biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical device and industrial manufacturing. Both candidates and clients that we seek are situated in USA. 

As an ideal candidate for this position, you are someone who is relationship-oriented, a fast learner, resourceful, detail-oriented, self-directed, and proactive. You must be flexible to work in a fast-paced, highly interactive and diverse environment. Experience and comfort working via phone and email is critical, as you will remotely to connect with prospective clients and candidates.  The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire recruiting cycle including contacting, phone screening, scheduling interviewing with prospective candidates
  • Ability to speak fluent English and pitch confidently to new clients for client acquisition 
  • Screens applicants, schedules interviews, and selects and/or refers qualified candidates to managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track the progress of all candidates and send electronic offer letters.
  • Provide weekly status updates and reports about open positions and recruiting activities to managers and leadership
  • Post open positions on relevant job boards and/or other career sites
  • Screen resumes, complete phone screenings, and create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for interviewing process, and gather necessary information for hiring manager
  • Think outside the box to find candidates for hard-to-fill roles and identify ways to increase or enrich the applicant pool
  • Attend online industry-related conferences and represent the organization at online recruiting and networking events
  • Assist in maintaining careers section on company website to support and promote employer brand
  • Build connections with partners and applicants through digital marketing campaigns, and advertising including email and text, as well as physical flyer
  • Manage social media presence to build awareness of program activities and generate enthusiasm and engagement
  • Familiarity and comfort with a data-driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
  • Proactively making decisions demonstrating effective problem-solving capability
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

NOTE:

  • This position offers remote work opportunities.
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 6 pm - 12 am Nepal Time (6 hours/day)
  • Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.
