Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Operations Engineer to support both software development and the day-to-day operation of internal systems. The ideal candidate will assist in developing web applications, managing and operating company software (ATS/CRM/HR systems), ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical support to operational teams.

This role is ideal for candidates who have an interest in coding, system support, and IT operations, and who are eager to grow their technical skills in a practical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining web applications
Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
Identify, fix, and debug software issues
Manage and operate internal systems (ATS/CRM/HR software)
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues (laptops, desktops, printers)
Coordinate with operations teams for system and IT support
Assist in basic system configuration and improvements
Use GitHub/GitLab for version control
Design basic graphics for vacancy postings and simple marketing materials
Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:Less than 2 years

Other Specification

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript
Familiarity with Laravel, Node.js, or React.js is a plus
Understanding of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Experience using GitHub or GitLab
Completed or pursuing a basic graphics designing course is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet-based systems
Experience with ATS/CRM/HR systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to learn and grow
