Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Operator to manage and support our internal software systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system operations, accurate data management, and provide technical assistance to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and operate the software (ATS / CRM / HR systems).
Daily maintain and update documents & data in the system.
Ensure smooth operation of company software.
Handle technical configuration and day-to-day system operations.
Generate reports from the software for management review.
Ensure data accuracy, backup, and confidentiality within the system.
Troubleshoot basic technical or system-related issues.
Coordinate with the operations teams for software support.
Assist in system improvements and process optimization.
Design basic graphics for vacancy postings (job ads, social media posts, banners).

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.
Basic understanding of hospitality or recruitment or manpower operations (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet-based systems.
Experience with ATS, CRM, or HR software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with teams.
