Job Description

  • Monitor alert messages and ensure that all internet connections are functioning smoothly
  • Coordinate with technical team for new installations & repair and maintenance and effective service delivery to the clients
  • Use different network and internet monitoring and reporting tools
  • Try to troubleshoot, coordinate with the clients to check for minor problem in devices
  • Follow up vigorously with all concerned teams and ensure that customer complaints are addressed on a timely basis
