Supervisor/Principal Evaluator: Project Coordinator
Location: Kathmandu (60 % in field)

Purpose of the Position
Community Self-Reliance Centre (CSRC) is facilitating land and agrarian rights campaign since its establishment in 1993. Also engaged on disaster governance through policy advocacy, guideline formulation and implementation of numerous DRR projects after 2015.
CSRC is implementing the ECHO funded "Together for Disaster Preparedness and Early Action in Landslide Affected Hill Area of Nepal" project to strengthen community resilience to landslides and to support early warning and response systems in consortium with People in Need (PIN), Save the Children (SCI) and Scott Wilson Nepal.
The Engineering Geologist will be responsible for the geohazard assessment of landslide affected community/settlements and guided to the team for effective assessment and reporting as per geohazard investigation guideline and sharing the report with local government, Bagmati province government, NDRRMA and other respective line agencies too. S/he is primarily working together in close coordination with project coordinator.
