We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Manager to join our team and oversee the technical aspects of our solar PV projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage various solar PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to engineering, procurement, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Site Supervision: Oversee site activities, including installation, commissioning, and testing of solar PV systems.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar PV systems.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
• Client Coordination: Cooperate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the solar PV industry.
• Strong understanding of solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have knowledge of tendering process.
