Job Description

  • Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of hydropower plants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, contractors, and vendors.
  • Manage and coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address technical issues, and ensure quality control.
  • Collaborate with the operations and maintenance team to develop maintenance plans and procedures for hydropower plants.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of project team members, providing training and support as needed.
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in the hydropower/alternate energy industry and incorporate them into project plans and strategies.
