Job Description

Develop technical strategies and plans for the company's hydropower/alternate energy projects.
Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of hydropower plants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, contractors, and vendors.
Manage and coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address technical issues, and ensure quality control.
Collaborate with the operations and maintenance team to develop maintenance plans and procedures for hydropower plants.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of project team members, providing training and support as needed.
Participate in project meetings and prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in the hydropower/alternate energy industry and incorporate them into project plans and strategies.
