Technical Content Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both technical documentation and marketing-focused content writing. You will be responsible for creating SEO-optimized content for web and marketing needs, as well as clear, user-friendly technical documentation that supports our products and enhances user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, guest posts, product descriptions, landing pages, brochures, catalogues, and social media.
• Upload, manage, and publish content on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, LinkedIn, and third-party sites.
• Conduct in-depth research to produce unique, credible, and user-focused content.
• Write UX-focused copy (tooltips, in-app guides, microcopy) to enhance product usability and engagement.
• Create and maintain user manuals, system documentation, and API documentation in collaboration with developers, engineers, and product managers.
• Work closely with UX designers and product teams to ensure documentation and in-app content improve user experience.
• Use documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or DITA XML to produce structured technical documents.
• Manage a content calendar and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO strategies, content trends, and best practices.
