Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both technical documentation and marketing-focused content writing. You will be responsible for creating SEO-optimized content for web and marketing needs, as well as clear, user-friendly technical documentation that supports our products and enhances user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, guest posts, product descriptions, landing pages, brochures, catalogues, and social media.
Upload, manage, and publish content on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, LinkedIn, and third-party sites.
Conduct in-depth research to produce unique, credible, and user-focused content.
Write UX-focused copy (tooltips, in-app guides, microcopy) to enhance product usability and engagement.
Create and maintain user manuals, system documentation, and API documentation in collaboration with developers, engineers, and product managers.
Work closely with UX designers and product teams to ensure documentation and in-app content improve user experience.
Use documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or DITA XML to produce structured technical documents.
Manage a content calendar and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO strategies, content trends, and best practices.
