Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our company. As a crucial member of our development life cycle, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives, development needs, and technical feasibility. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including designers, developers, testers, product owners, and executives, to ensure successful project delivery and maximize project potential.

Responsibilities

Gather and document client and internal requirements; translate them into actionable tasks for development teams.
Identify opportunities to innovate and improve upon existing methods that aid in decision- making and deliver business value
Generate opportunities to streamline or automate processes to transform data more efficiently into visual stories with reliable and tangible insights and recommended next steps
Develop solutions and data visualizations to report on KPIs, fulfill ad hoc analysis requests, and ongoing reporting needs
Champion data accuracy and ensure adoption of products by users
Create and maintain documentation for projects; tracking priorities, activities, issues, results, and providing management with progress updates as required
Ensure timely and accurate communication of requirements, changes, and priorities to technical teams.
Follow up with both clients and development teams to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver business value.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business analytics, product analysis, or technical analysis.
Experience in preparing technical product documentation
Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL is a plus
Knowledge in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Comfortable working with large datasets and developing queries as needed
Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams and other team members
Must understand the fundamental concepts of analytics technical environments
Recommend and advise on all data components, roadmap, and emerging technologies
Possesses high integrity and exceptional work ethic
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and digest information
Meets challenges consistently and confidently with energy and drive.

Schedule: 8-hour shift
