Job Description

Should act as a pivotal person in gathering business requirements, analyzing them, and transforming them into technical requirements.

Should have a clear concept of financial transaction workflow.
Carry on regular sprints in project management tools like Jira, follow proper scrum methodologies to the team, and align the release cycle to the management team.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users - Own and develop relationships with internal and external clients, work with them to optimize and enhance the system
Help design documents and maintain the system process
Work closely with the team on problem analysis and data gathering, driving conflict/issue resolution and managing the communication of the status of significant business process issues.
Documents existing business processes and proposes innovative improvements.
Develop a clear definition and acceptance criteria for each of the features to ensure the business requirements will be addressed.
Design, create, and document process flows, technical requirements lists, specifications, diagrams, scenarios, mockups, and/or models for the development team.
Assists with documentation and prioritization of the business value associated with the business requirements.
Carry out system integration tests with developers
Conduct user acceptance tests.
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and key stakeholders
Ensure activities are aligned with project objectives and key stakeholders’ expectations
Define configuration specifications and business requirements.
Should have strong analytical thinking skills and very good English writing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and data modeling
Experience in technical writing or documentation of software requirements and system architecture
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
High proficiency in database technologies and SQL with programming experience in Java, Python, or other high-level programming languages
Experience with large-scale enterprise and web applications, and knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and API Design
