Job Description

Planning on market penetration and market expansion
Making presentations to doctors, practice staff, hospital doctors, nurses and pharmacists
Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff
Gathering feedback from sales on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
Measuring and communicating the impact of all product marketing efforts
Producing appropriate marketing collateral as required
Leading and supervising promotional campaigns
Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products
Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and health care sector
Conducting training program for all field forces
Maintaining and providing timely necessary reports
